Oracle Education Hub warmly welcomes students to a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
Our admission process is designed to be transparent and inclusive, ensuring a strong alignment between the expectations of parents and students and the educational opportunities we provide. Admission is granted based on the prescribed age criteria for classes Pre-School (PS) to Grade XI.
Admission Process
Pre-Primary (Pre-School & Pre-Primary)
- Parents applying for Pre-School & Pre-Primary are required to fill out an Application Form.
- There will be no formal tests or interviews for children. Instead, children will be observed in a group setting to assess their ability to interact in a school environment.
Grades 1 & Above
A structured three-stage admission process is followed:
- Initial Screening – Based on the submitted Application Form.
- Aptitude Test – To evaluate the child’s proficiency across different subject areas.
- Interaction Session – A meeting with both the child and parents to assess the child’s potential and eagerness to thrive at Oracle Education Hub.
Required Documents for Admission
Applicants must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Transfer Certificate (Duly counter-signed by the Educational Officer)
- Previous Academic Records (Evaluation Sheet/Report Card)
- Aadhaar Card (Photocopy) – For both Parents & Child
- Birth Certificate (Issued by the Municipal Corporation)
- Category Proof (For SC/ST/OBC applicants, if applicable)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Issued by an M.B.B.S. Doctor)
- Proof of Residence (Any valid identity proof)
